Her integrative presentation of meditation and a sound journey flow to allow the body to rest and heart & spirit to embrace the softer joys of summer. Gift yourself with this grounded, soothing sound meditation to welcome in your season of light & play.
This is an outdoor event on a hard surface. Please arrive 15 minutes early to create your comfort space (e.g., personal yoga mat, gravity chair, blankets, pillows, etc.) to support and deepen your experience. Limited yoga mats and bolsters provided.
