As a non-profit organization, Harvest Preserve Foundation relies on the community for support. Becoming a member of Harvest Preserve is the perfect way to help!

Your membership enables us to:
Protect and sustain a large native green inspirational space within Iowa City
Provide community events and opportunities
Provide a beautiful and quiet place for visitors to discover, explore and commune with nature
Provide pro bono opportunities for persons or organizations unable to contribute monetarily


Individual Membership – $100 Annually

Members can bring up to five guests per visit

Family Membership – $150 Annually

Includes all members of your immediate family and up to five guests per visit

Business Membership – $250 Annually

For those who conduct business on Preserve property, please

select this membership level (e.g. professional photographers, private schools, etc).

Premier Membership – $500 Annually

Premier memberships include a 4-hour free rental (maximum 50 people) of Harvest Preserve for approved purposes.  Please email Julie to plan your rental.

Volunteer Membership

Participation in 6 volunteer activities, such as invasive species removal, assistance at events, special projects, etc. (please contact Julie for information)

All Memberships include year-round access to Harvest Preserve from sunrise to sunset, except when private rentals are taking place.

All memberships run from January 1 – December 31 of each calendar year.

Harvest Preserve receives no financial assistance from any government agency. We rely on the support of members and other contributors to sustain the Preserve and keep it open for members.  We greatly appreciate contributions beyond the membership amounts.
